I created Witness in Color because I’ve spent years watching brilliant people shrink their ideas, delay their dreams, or stay in spaces that were never built for them. After working in corporate environments where power sat at the top and people at the bottom were treated as replaceable, it became impossible to ignore the untapped potential I saw all around me, who had everything but support.

I’ve witnessed what happens when someone finally gets the right structure, language, and community behind them. I’ve helped entrepreneurs launch businesses that reflect who they are and what they care about.
